PAR- at the same level or standard as (someone or something else) PAR for GOLF- the number of strokes set as a standard for a specific hole
Peer- a person who is equal to another
Rapport- a close and harmonious relationship in which the people or groups concerned understand each other's feelings or ideas and communicate well.
PAR is about connecting with PEERS and using golf to decompress and recalibrate. Through golf, PAR hopes to help first responders build a network of friends to help maintain a healthier mindset. PAR outings will be at NO COST to first responders that attend.
